Grout should rest in the cracks easily. Add more water or grout powder to achieve a consistency that is easy to work with. When it is mostly dry remove grout residue from tile surfaces with sponge or cloth. Follow up with a penetrating grout sealer for long lasting stain and moisture protection.

Mosai-yak is a line of superior sealants/impregnators for stain protection. Through extensive testing and research, we have created a product that “shields” ALL surfaces against damage caused by water and oil staining.

Overview
Mosai-yak sealer is quick drying, invisible upon application and will not change the appearance of the treated surface. There is no residue, “whiting”, puddling, discoloration, etching, or yellowing of the treated surface and Mosai-yak sealer allows the treated area to breathe.

Expected Wear:
Mosai-yak will last for many years with proper maintenance on all treated surfaces; however, heavy walkway areas should be tested yearly and product reapplied if necessary.

Pre-Grout Sealer/Grout Release:
Mosai-yak can be used as a grout release prior to grouting to prevent grout stains and facilitate grout cleanup. Markings can be made on the tile with permanent markers or pencils. These marks can subsequently be removed by use of Mosai-yak reapplied with a cloth or by mild detergent and warm water.
